Becky Clay Christensen, Managing Principal for The Clay Christensen Group, LLC: has been an organizational and leadership consultant for over a decade. With a thirty year background in public service, she bring dynamic skills in process design, team facilitation, conflict management, and action follow-through. She has trained nonprofit and local government leaders across Virginia in facilitation, customer service and project management techniques, and has managed public participation initiatives for road, dam, affordable housing, downtown development and trail projects. Becky has also facilitated dozens of organizational and leadership meetings and retreats, designed participation processes for diverse groups and outcomes, and successfully managed virtual leadership teams in the United States and Canada.
